Level 1: Our beginner recreational level, where most athletes start. This class builds foundational ninja skills like balance, strength, and coordination in a fun setting.
Level 2: For athletes proficient in basic skills, this level blends recreational and competitive training. Some compete in WNL Tier 2, while others focus on skill development. Training is more structured, preparing athletes for higher-level challenges.
Level 3: Our competitive team level for athletes with WNL experience. This class refines advanced techniques and prepares committed ninjas for Tier 1 and Tier 2 competition.
Dragon "Fit": This adults-only class combines half ninja training with half functional fitness, offering a dynamic workout that builds strength, agility, and endurance. With modifications available for all fitness and skill levels, it’s perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves and have fun while getting fit!
